LTCPA works to inform policy makers about the important role that the long term care (LTC) pharmacy industry and its affiliates play in ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of medical treatments to our nation’s most vulnerable patient population. By educating Congress and the Administration on the activities and challenges faced by the LTC pharmacy industry, LTCPA helps create a pathway for a more informed dialogue on national legislative and regulatory policy decisions.
We support and maintain an open dialogue with all stakeholders with the overarching goal of providing safe, cost-effective, patient-centered pharmaceutical services for LTC facility residents.
