Douglas A. Present | Managed Health Care Associates (MHA)
Douglas Present serves as the CEO of Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA). Before joining MHA, Mr. Present was Senior Vice President of Medsite, Inc., a pharmaceutical services and e-marketing company, where he ran the Medsite Rewards program, the nation’s leading physician incentive-fulfillment program for the pharmaceutical industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Present founded a physician-focused, managed care consulting firm as well as a group purchasing organization for private practice physicians. Both companies were subsequently acquired by ProMedCo, a physician management company. After the acquisition, he served as President and COO of ProMedCo’s New York subsidiary.
In addition to his current role at MHA, Mr. Present has a faculty appointment at the Wharton Business School where he teaches a course on health care services to MBA students in the health care program.
John G. Figueroa | Omnicare
John Figueroa serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Omnicare, Inc and also serves on Omnicare's Board of Directors. Mr. Figueroa has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years. He most recently served as President of the U.S. Pharmaceutical Group at McKesson Corporation where he oversaw more than 7,000 people and a $90 billion business. Prior to that, he held a number of different positions at McKesson, including President of National Account Sales and Packaging and Senior Vice President of the Southwest Region. Mr. Figueroa has also held several executive positions during his seven-year career at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Deerfield, Illinois and has served as an Officer in the United States Army. Mr. Figueroa has dual bachelor's degrees from the University of California in Los Angeles, California and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Gregory S. Weishar | PharMerica
Gregory Weishar serves as Chief Executive Officer of PharMerica, Inc. and PharMerica and also serves as President of PharMerica Corporation. Prior to Pharmerica, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Capstone Pharmacy Services Inc. He served as Vice President of CVS Caremark Corp. and served as Chief Executive Officer and President of its PBM business. Mr. Weishar served as Chief Executive Officer and President of PharmaCare Management Services Inc., a subsidiary of CVS Corporation, which he founded in 1994. Prior to PharmaCare, Mr. Weishar served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Diagnostek Inc. He held various senior management positions at PCS Inc. Prior to PCS, he founded Argus Health Systems Inc. and served as its Vice President from 1984 to 1988.
